Creating an ad highlighting what a terrible union member Trump would be was probably the most fun we had in 2020. By asking union members if they thought Donald Trump would make a good union member, we received responses that were hilarious, authentic, and persuasive.
“We have to be united. We have to work like a team. We cannot be divided anymore.”
The insights at the heart of the powerful Race-Class Narrative had a tragic resonance throughout the summer and fall of 2020. Highlighting candid voter observations about how Minnesota — and America — can finally move beyond systemic racism and division, this ad offered a brighter vision for our common future.
“Joining in union means I always have a voice in the workplace.”
With his decades-long record of support for working men and women, Joe Biden was the clear choice for union members. This ad asked members why they were supporting Biden to remind Minnesotans why it was so important to support the Biden/Harris ticket.
